This website (“steamcommunityid.com”) provides a platform for statistical analysis of publicly available CS2/Steam data (via third-party sources such as Leetify). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services & Fair Use
We display statistical indicators, comparisons and summaries based on publicly available game data. Scores are heuristic values and do not constitute proof of cheating.
We do not provide binding statements about cheats, hacks or manipulation. Our content is for information only.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and refrain from abusive submissions or defamation of others.
3. User Submissions & Ratings
When you submit a SteamID or rating/comment, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display this content in the Service.
You must not submit unlawful content. We may moderate, hide or remove content at our reasonable discretion to prevent abuse.
Statistical flags (“unusual”, “irregularities suspected”) are opinions based on metrics, not factual allegations.
4. Data Sources & Caching
We process only the average of the last 30 matches as provided by Leetify and display these values 1:1 with clearer emphasis on key metrics.
For performance, we may temporarily cache these averages and refresh them periodically.
We do not intend to build long-term profiles beyond these purposes.
5. Third-Party Terms & APIs
Use of our Services remains subject to the applicable terms and APIs of Valve/Steam and Leetify. You must comply with any third-party terms when accessing their services.
We do not control third-party content, availability or correctness.
6. Availability & Changes
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
We may update these Terms. The current version applies as of the date above.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in our software, UI and branding remain with us. Third-party names and marks are property of their respective owners.
You must not copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of our Service without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages and for third-party content or links.
Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (without conflict-of-law rules). If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country may also apply. Venue is our registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
